From October 23rd to 24th, 2021, Huaning Company held a meeting which is to expend the company executive at the Ramada Hotel in Chongyang county. The meeting was chaired by Chairman Mr Jiang Jinzhong, the senior and middle management,and the representatives of the company attended this meeting.

The meeting fully discussed the theme of the theoretical innovation and realization path of Huaning's "Leadership Plan".

On May 11, 2022, all the middle and senior management of Huaning Company participated in the meeting on "Implementation of Huaning Company's Leadership Plan" . At the meeting, the documents for the appointment of the executive general manager and the company's new senior cadres were read out.The "Leadership Plan" was implemented and a new management team was formed. (Not only the new members of the leadership plan are selected from the Huaning company, but also introduced actively from outside of the company) .

At the meeting, the Chairman of Mr Jiang Jinzhong, as the fist generation of the Huaning members, send thewishes and requirements to "the second generation of the Huaning members", hoping that everyone work together to realize the great-leap-forward development of the company and realize the value of life. Regarding the value of life, Mr. Jiang shared some points:

The senior management team headed by Chairman Jiang Jinzhong is currently implementing the "Leadership Plan", hoping to let the young cadres and new talents in the company become the core team of the company, and carry out equity reform, so that the introduced talents can become partners of the company , and jointly promote the enterprise to move towards higher and farther goals.
